Please send your properly formatted, final/thoroughly proofread/correct seating list to us. The more thoroughly you proofread prior to sending to us, the better.

Allow several sets of eyes to proofread and approve your seating list prior to sending it to us…  parents & future in-laws often have very specific ideas about seating arrangements so let them approve the content BEFORE you send it to us!

NOTE: Be sure to carefully proofread your information PRIOR to emailing it to us.

In addition to your seating information template, please email the following details:

  • the Bride and Groom’s names as you’d like them to appear on the heading of the seating chart
  • the WEDDING DATE as you’d like it to appear on the heading of the seating chart (if applicable)

PROOFS:
You will receive your digital proof within about 2-3 business days of placing your order & providing your seating information. (This time may vary if our production schedule is extremely full. We will contact you to discuss if there might be a delay)

Please review the proof with several sets of eyes and let us know of any corrections, revisions or requests.

– Included in your purchase, you may request up to 10 minimal changes (ie: spelling corrections or table changes.)

– If you require 11-25 minimal changes, there will be an additional $25 charge.

– Any more than 25 changes constitutes a re-design and will result in an additional $50 charge.

  1. We will do our best to accommodate your revisions within the following 3 business days and then with your approval of your final proof, we will either:
  • send you your final High-Resolution ready-to-print PDF for you to send to your print provider
  • or we will print & mount your seating chart for LOCAL PICKUP
  • PLEASE NOTE:
  • If you decide to rearrange your seating arrangement after receiving your proof and request that we re-do the seating chart, there will be an additional $50 charge.

If after receiving your proof, you request a change in design or style, additional design charges start at $20.
